Nowadays, there are mature applications in the market in the 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm bands. The traditional UV mercury lamp has a very wide emission spectrum, and the UV spectrum that is really effective for curing only occupies a part of it. Does not produce infrared rays and ozone
Traditional mercury lamps produce infrared rays and emit a lot of heat, which can easily damage heat-sensitive substrates. UVLED is a cold light source, which can effectively prevent the substrate from shrinking and deforming due to overheating, and has a wider adaptability to materials. At the same time, the UVLED used for ultraviolet curing is usually ultraviolet light with a longer wavelength, so ozone is not generated during the curing process, and a good working environment can be maintained. Compared with traditional mercury lamps, it is safer and more environmentally friendly.
Ready to use, no need to preheat, automatic control
UVLED does not need to be preheated like a mercury lamp, nor does it need to be always on in order to maintain the life and working efficiency of the lamp. UVLED can instantly turn on (off) the lamp, the output energy can also be set freely, and can be automatically adjusted with the speed of the device, which is very energy-saving and simple and convenient to control.
Long service life and low maintenance cost
The service life of the LEDUV lamp can reach more than 10,000-50,000 hours, which is more than 10 times that of the traditional mercury lamp, and the light attenuation is very slow, and the service life is not affected by the number of switching. At the same time, the LED light source has no mercury, no lampshade and other accessories, so there is almost no need for maintenance, reducing maintenance costs.
High flexibility in use and small system size
LED light sources can be divided into point light sources, line light sources, and surface light sources, and the effective illumination area can be customized.
